Deo 28oz Digital Double Sugar Warmer

This warmer is just what I needed, fast shipping & customer service was fantastic. Amazing!

I needed new lids for my digital heater. I sent an email one evening, and Jai made sure to reply the following day and sent some through the post immediately. I had them in 3 days ! Fantastic service!

I received my sugar warmer about a week ago and I'm in love with it!! ️ 💕
First it is just so beautiful 😍
It’s lightweight and compact and very nice quality.
It was pre-set to 140, a great temp for my harder sugar.
I had to adjust it for my softer sugar.
If you’re on the fence, I’d suggest taking the plunge 😬

I contacted the company immediately (called and emailed) .
I received an email response to call Jai as soon as possible.

He also put me in contact with Barb who is the US rep to finish with the details.
She and I talked for a while, she works in the industry as well so we got to chatting. I had a really nice morning getting to talk with these two people 🙂 I shared my story of (what seemed like) the endless journey I was on searching for a double sugar warmer and the investigation to find this company.
